I hope it happens! And I hope
TAMPA STEVE is enjoying his Rays. I miss his presence here, though.

I figured most here would get it. That said, the Detroit announcers were on Al Kaline for the answer.
Looks like many have tuned into the convention in the hometown of
Uncle Dennis....or something.

I don't know. I'm watching a second ball game on the TV here. It's from the city where the GOP had the convention last week, and features a team visiting from Hillary Clinton's old adopted stomping ground state.

I checked, she's not on until 10:30. I guess so the left coasters can watch?
I have the Reds on one set, and the Indians on another.

Yep, that's considered to be the time that all the time zones have the best chance of tuning in live. Just one non-partisan political strategy thought, if I were running the Dem show I would have put her on earlier in the evening. California is Obama's, and the swing states out there do not have many electoral votes. However the undecided swing voters here in Florida....those largely in retirement years......are likely not to be watching TV that late. Florida is far more important in electoral votes than any states in play in the west.

If the Tiggers manage to rally and win, we could have ties for First Place in the East and the Central tonight.

Orioles up 12-0, with bases loaded, one out in the 8th.
I see the Skankees scored a couple.

Powerful performance by Perez post paternity.
34 saves. He's saved 10 of our 14 wins since the All Star Break. Pestano saved two while he was away.
We've actually won this series, an extreme rarity since Memorial Day.
White Sox should pay us for keeping Detroit honest and close this season.
We're 9-5 against Detroit in 2012.

Some iffy umping tonight. Not as bad as that Packers-Giants game though. And we won, so what the hey.

I guess the NFL is sticking with the replacement refs for the regular season?
