Batters are just hitting .060 against Pannone so far this year.
Civ, did you see the answer above to your question about Mathias' shoulder?

Columbus played early today and lost to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs ... that is one of my favorite nicknames. On all my fantasy teams I use WarPigs as my team name. I grew up on a pig farm so I'm biased to pork. ... Anyway, they lost 4-2 to drop to an even 7-7 this year.
Gonzalez 1-4 with a triple.
Zimmer, 1-4 with a solo homer and 2 K's.
Morimando allowed 9 hits in 6 innings, 3 ER and 2 K.
Akron is off tonight. I'll update the A teams later.

I missed the shoulder answer. That should be good news. He still has very many other body parts he can hurt before he cycles through them all.

I think I read that Frazier wasn't starting too great this spring; but one big advantage he has over Zimmer is that he's at the same level and a couple years younger. And has red hair, too.
he's hitting 205/298/385 1 steal

I don't know why, but I was never crazy about those two. It wouldn't shock me if neither amount to anything special. Just decent every day guys.

How about Justus Sheffield? He's a young 21 man old in AA in two starts
11 2/3 innings 5 hits 2 runs 1 earned 7 walks 11 strikeouts. Obviously too many walks, but remains hard to hit.

Oh, I hated losing all the pitchers. I liked all of them!
What is better than have a reliever with a name like Feyereisen coming in throwing fire?
(at least I assume his name is pronounced Fire-Izen?)

Lake County won 2-1 on the back of a weird one for Bieber. 6 IP, 9 H, 1 Run earned, 2 K. He must have really battled.
Chu was 2-4 with a double. ... Isaacs and Mejia were both 1-4.
Lynchburg got spanked tonight and not much of anything to highlight.

Here is a video of the homer Zimmer hit last night.
http://www.milb.com/multimedia/vpp.jsp? ... 1305652183
If you would, scroll down below that video and you will see other Clippers highlight videos. Click on the one from April 14th that says "Zimmer Blasts One Out".
It is the homer I told you about last week that was an absolute bomb that hit the roof of the Wendy's Home Run Terrace in RF. Now keep in mind RF at Huntington Park already has a tall RF wall. Then the Wendy's stand is two sections tall with a roof on top of that, where the ball hit. Was a bomb...
And if you're interested here is the video page for the Akron. They have some highlight videos of Chang & Bradley homers, Frankie 2 run double, etc... Come to think of it, Civ, you might want to check that out, and hit the arrow to scroll to the right to see other videos. Cause there are alot of Chang highlights on there. Offense and defense.

Picking up from where he left off in the WBC:
Shao-Ching Chiang (Chinese Taipei, RP) - 4.1 IP, 5 H, 1 R (earned), 1 HBP - Chiang pitched 4.1 innings of solid relief after coming into a mess created by starter Chia-Hao Sung in the fourth inning. While his efforts kept the Taiwanese side in the game, the offense and backend of the bullpen couldn't hold up their end of the bargain. Chiang is done for the Classic as he threw 51 pitches and thus will not be available for Chinese Taipei's finale against South Korea. Interesting Note: Chiang's WBC ended before five Indians (Miller, Lindor, Perez, Colon, and Urshela) even had the opportunity to take the field in a pre-tournament exhibition game.
Chiang came in after starting pitcher Chia-Hao Sung gave up four runs to the Netherlands last Wednesday. Chinese Taipei almost managed a comeback while Chiang held down the fort, but they ultimately fell, 6-5.

Lynchburg was postponed due to rain.
West _ichigan scored a run in bottom of 9th to beat Lake County again, 3-2. ... Logan Ice was moved up to 3rd in batting order and repayed manager with 2 hits in 4 trips and 2 ribbies. He is now hitting .297. ... Chu 0-4. ... Isaacs 2-4 w/ a double a steal and a caught stealing. ... Gabe Mejia 1-3 with a stolen base. ... Micah Miniard pitched 5 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 2 K.
