That's too bad. Armstrong was pitching very well. But he'll be back.

We will need plenty of relievers to back up Tomlin but they're all rested after Kluber's start.
I haven't seen Anderson with a rehab start yet. I hope he'll be ready before we have to put up with too much of Tomlin.

Anybody know why Johnson has not been in the lineup lately?
Injury? Not running out balls? Bad attitude?
I know he screwed up some plays at 1B but he could still DH.

Red Sox just shit canned their GM Ben Cherington and hired Dave Dombrowski.

Tribe should have done it first.

Johnson's spider bite put him on the DL to make room for Kipnis.

Would the Indians have been allowed to shit-can the Red Sox' GM? Didn't know that was allowed.

Meant Tribe should have hired Dombrowski and shit-canned Antonetti.

Watching the game tonight....lots of smoke being blown up Cherington's butt by Dembrowski and the NESN announcers

Dombrowski made it clear he wanted to go to a big market spender. It's the reason he left Detroit. The Ilitch family, now running the team, will no longer be big spenders.

What's that you say?.....The Indians aren't big spenders.....say it ain't so.

Ken Rosenthal reporting Shapiro a strong candidate to take similiar job in Toronto.

Hope he takes Antonetti with him. Start over with some new blood.

Results to date for recently traded Tribesmen:

Nick Swisher 3-23 .130 535 OPS with Atlanta
Michael Bourn 4-32 .125 333 OPS with Braves
Brandon Moss 7-42 .167 461 OPS with Cardinals
David Murphy 15-57 .263 679 OPS for Angels

Apparently they overperformed for the Indians. Their collective 29-164 .178 avg makes our replacements {Chisenhall, Sands, Almonte, Johnson look like All Stars]

The Indians basically have had the same management since Hank Peters. They never bring in anyone from the outside. I guess no one would want to work for the cheap Dolan. If Shapiro goes I hope Antonetti goes with him and maybe they could get someone to run this team.

The Browns change management every year or two. How has that worked out for them?
