Tomlin flirting with a 20 game win pace as he is now 11-4 as his team mates picked him up tonight.

We just caught Toronto hot before the break.

They are whipping the Yankees again tonight, 7-1 in the 9th.

Still trying to figure out how Jacksonville, NC is local viewing area for this game.

Baltimore is the AL home team for all of NC.

Yep, and that goes back back way back.

South Carolina was Washington Redskins territory before the Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers. I knew lots of guys in SC who had local family roots rooting for The Redskins.

I've posted this stuff before, but South Carolina and at least western North Carolina were in St. Louis Cardinals territory before The Braves moved to Atlanta from Milwaukee.

The reason was that the Cardinals radio network was easily found in The Southeastern US.

We're about six weeks from September and we are STILL are in First Place.

The "June swoon" fears are ancient history.

We are in uncharted "surprising Cleveland Indians" territory.

Buckle up, hang on, and believe.

(and kibbitz at will)

YOU have many friends here Baron.

Lean on us as you need.

I've lost track on your "tours" to Afghanistan and Iraq.

Three? Perhaps five?

You've made your contribution.

God speed if you have to go.

Lonnie is going to get hurt running the bases.

On the Santana play, he clearly wanted nothing to do with hard contact at the plate.

If he went down with another injury, this season as a contender would be toast.

Carrasco almost wiggled off the hook with the leadoff double in the 4th, but Derrek Lee took advantage of a hanging curve and picked up a 2 out RBI.

2-0 them.
