Bauers told Tito in spring training he didn’t want to be taken out against lefties, that he can hit them. I’ve been watching and so far, I’ll be darn, he does. He actually has a respectable 276 against lefties.

What he didn’t mention is that he can’t hit righties. 210

Lineup full of lefties and switch hitters today. Roberto will be the only one from the right side. So you can safely say there are no right handed hitters in the lineup today.

Jose Ramirez was just thrown out trying to steal 3rd base, to end the inning.

That is a huge no-no, and our team seems to be too stupid to know it, because that is the 3rd time this year I've seen some idiot make the 3rd out at 3rd base. Just games I've watched, maybe more.

So my new theory is that the stripping down of the lineup has put pressure on him. He is used to being under the radar with veterans like EE and Brantley around.

Now he feels like he needs to do more?? Maybe.

Here in Montana Seattle's Root Sports channel is the local sports channel. So unfortunately I am stuck watching the Mariners announcers. But glad Manning is calling him out. Hopefully it will get back to some people.

They keep giving Carrasco leads and he keeps giving up solo homers. He's not pitching like we need him to go.

Yep, 3-3 now in the 6th.

On a side note Matt Kemp dropped by the Reds who are now on the hook for his salary. Probably because they called up Senzel and now there's no at bats there.

I'd run him through here and take a look since he'd be the minimum salary. He is a RH bat can play outfield but unlike the Reds he can also DH

Well this is now 7 innings, 5 hits, only 3 runs, 0 walks 8 Ks and only 78 pitches. Works for me and he should be able to continue.

With Cody Anderson/bullpen game tomorrow would be nice if Cookie keeps going.
