Fine lineup today with all 3 of the IF bums out there while Naquin and Bauers may the 2 and 3 spots.

TFIR,
I have the minor league package. You will love it.
Even if you just watch it when the Tribe have off days it’s worth that.
But minor league teams play a lot of afternoon games and such. After hockey and basketball season is over I find myself tuning in more and more.
It’s especially fun when we have hot shot prospects. Cupboard is a bit bare up top right now, especially with McKenzie on the shelf. But in the next couple years we will be having some fine prospects to keep an eye on. So don’t let this year ruin it for you.

Surprise! It's scoreless in the third.

Hanley Ramirez is still the only Indians player to have a home run so far this year.
BTW, Naquin hit a ball to the right-center gap in 1st inning that the RF laid out and made a great diving catch on. Robbed him of extra bases again.

Walk off homer for Carlos Santana in the bottom of the 9th!
Good guys win 3-2
And we may never lose again!!
(Blue Jackets clinched playoff berth in a shootout tonight too!)

I’m so happy for Santana. He and Hanley completed their tests today and became official U.S. citizens. I love it when people love our country so much they want citizenship. Carrasco was so happy last year when he did it he dressed like Uncle Sam.

Good guys win but these games are almost impossible to watch. I thought the White Sox were bad until I saw the Jays.

I hope we keep playing crappy teams till we get our boys back in the lineup.

Speaking of crappy - Cincinnati Reds fail to score a run for 3rd game in row, longest scoreless streak since 1989. They have scored a total of 6 runs since opening day.

Per Indians - Shane Bieber has now walked two batters or fewer in 19 of his first 20 career starts, which is tied for the best mark in baseball since 2000.

Carlos Gonzalez was 2-3 with a walk again tonight. Same as last night.
Good enough. Bring him up.

A small thing watching the game was Jake Bauers' process. In one of the at bats he worked the count to 3-1 very nicely then took a cut at the 3-1 pitch. Now, he lined out but loved the approach.
I realize it isn't much, but to me it at least looks like he isn't simply lost. Timing.

HB - so the Lake County game isn't on today?

Unfortunately no, Lake County wasn’t on TV yesterday.
In years past I have found that AAA and AA games will get televised quite often, but class A games not very much.
But I see that Lynchburg was televised yesterday and again today. So hopefully they will have more of the lower level games this year!
