Civ, contract wasn’t as important as being eligible for a Golden Buckeye card.

I work with a lady who is a huge wolverine fan. In recent years as I obnoxiously throw in her face how we own them in football, her only retort has been how they’ve beat us in basketball.

I always tell her, I was born in Ohio not Indiana so I don’t care. But bless her heart, in another year or two she won’t even have that.

I did my graduate work at Nazareth College where he also coached civ. It's here in Rochester. Canisius is outside of Buffalo.

Be rooting for him big time to succeed.

civ - as for the contract, Dan Gilbert may be short on common sense, tact and other things, but not on cash. No problems there. He can still be fired and paid off.

Cavs coach John Beilein and JB Bickerstaff expected to soon discuss possibility of an associate head coaching role, sources tell ESPN. Bickerstaff interviewed for Cavs and Lakers openings. He remains a sought-after top assistant on market. Beilein wants an experienced NBA staff.

I’m no college b-ball expert, Civ. But the mock draft at ESPN has Clarke going 11th.

Everyone seems to think Williamson, Morant and Barrett are going the top 3.

Then the next 5 guys or so are kinda jumbled depending on who you read.

Hunter, Garland, Culver, White and Reddish.

Like Rusty, White intrigues me. He is a good ball handler but I think can play SG next to Sexton. He can create his own shot. I like Culver for the same reason. Hunter would fit a need. But again, I just go by what I read on these guys.
