Perez threw out 2 batters including a key guy in the 8th.

And Jake Bauers with the game winning homer!
That's OK< the great thing about DVR is you can fast forward past things you don't want to see, then act as if it never happened...

Unlike the team last year with their better lineup, this team does have guys like Cimber and Wittgren now stepping up to assist Hand make a much better bullpen than last year.

It's kind of fun really - this team is a kind of underdog with all their personnel losses. Whereas last year they were so heavily favored they had nothing to gain during the regular season.

Last time I said that the bullpen was a pleasant surprise was the day on which the bullpen, led by Cimber, blew up totally. But I am happy to say so again. Wittgren has been a pleasant surprise. Hand has been precisely what we need at the end.
Hoping Clippard will add some more depth.
Perez and Olson and Ramirez and Anderson have not been good.
But we can count on Danny Salazar joining the bullpen and throwing smoke later this season, right?
More realistically current RubberDuck relievers Nick Sandlin and James Karinchak can move through the two levels and reach Cleveland this season.
