Didn't I read somewhere on the Forum that Carlos also got some counseling on dealing with anger and emotions? That seemed to be the big problem holding him back. He didn't seem to be tipping off his pitches when he worked in the bullpen toward the end of the season (nor was he letting his emotions get away from him)
